Join Jo and Caroline for an afternoon of rest, reflection and release.

Come as you are and embrace slowing down at the end of the year, taking a pause to tend to your body, reconnect and feel into what’s there. Gift yourself the space to move forwards with intention, towards your needs, dreams and ideas.

Struggle with exhaustion but feel unable to rest

Want to feel more connected to yourself

Want to connect to your own dreams, ideas and creative energy

Want to have the time to slow down and process life

Want to feel rested and present with yourself and your family

Open to mamas at all stages of motherhood. If you are a new mama, you are welcome to join from 12 weeks postpartum onwards. Please come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Mats, props and blankets are all provided. No previous yoga experience required.
