An afternoon retreat in Charfield, Wotton-Under-Edge (25 mins north of Bristol) for mamas who want to feel rested. You are invited to come as you are on a journey home to yourself through the practice of rest.
Together, we will explore slow, embodied movement to bring you into the body, somatic release to create space and restorative yoga - held supported shapes with all the props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows) to bring you into a deep state of rest.

This is your opportunity to put an afternoon of rest into your calendar with no other distractions and grant yourself full permission to pause, tend to your body, reconnect and feel into what’s there.
Open to mamas at all stages of motherhood. If you are a new mama, you are welcome to join from 12 weeks postpartum onwards.
Please come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Mats, props and blankets are all provided.
No previous yoga experience required.
