Yin yoga is a grounding & passive practice based on the taoist concept of Yin & Yang. Yin classes consist of floor-based postures, long holds, deep stretches and using bolsters, blankets & blocks to support the body & find your edge in each shape. This meditative practice is suitable for all levels.

Expect to use all the props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows etc). Restorative yoga consists of long holds in deeply supported & relaxing postures. Offering ourselves this space to tend to the nervous system, cultivate deep rest & replenish our cells. This is a truly accessible practice and open to all.
