A series of three fifteen minute yoga practices designed for the busy mama in mind. Creating space for you to connect back inwards anytime, anywhere, whenever you need to. Inspired from my own daily practice I do each morning to connect to myself and hit the re-set button.

Practice 1: Slow movements to bring you back home to yourself when it feels like you’re scattered everywhere else.

Practice 2: Moving to shift stuck energy and allow whatever needs to move through you to do so!

Practice 3: A deeply restful guided meditation.

Can be done separately or together depending on how much time you have. Each with a complimentary playlist included to help you zone in (/zone out potential noise!).
