As a mama, I get it mama-hood can be wonderful but it can also be challenging in so many ways like the lack of alone time, mental load, relentlessness and overstimulation. I believe that by finding ways to connect back to your body and tend to your nervous system, you can thrive rather than survive. Rest, somatics and slow embodied yoga are the practices that work for me and form the basis of all my offerings. Learn more about me here.
