As a mama, I get it mama-hood can be both wonderful and chaotic all at once. Its the biggest rollercoaster I’ve ever been on and over the years I have found that by finding ways to connect back to your body and tend to your nervous system, you can thrive rather than survive. Rest, somatics and slow embodied yoga are the practices that work for me and form the basis of all my offerings. Learn more about me here.
