Come as you are, no previous yoga or creative experience required.
Open to mamas at all stages of motherhood, post 12 weeks postpartum. Please note this is an event for mama only.
Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. All yoga mats and props etc are provided.
I will be linking participants together who wish to car share, details in the booking form.

I have now attended two of Jo's retreats. Jo does an extremely good job at holding a safe space for mamas not only to rest and restore, but also to reflect and share our experiences, worries and joys of being a mother.
I loved the embodied flows and the perfectly curated music. I definitely recommend if you want to take some special time for yourself, deeply rest, connect and feel seen.

This session was just what I needed. As a mother you never get to spend down time actually relaxing; this 3 hours allowed me to decompress, stretch, relax and meditate. Jo has a really calm demeanor and puts you at ease from the moment you enter the studio space.
The three hours Mamas Afternoon Retreat with Jo was an absolute treat to the soul. I felt I’ve reconnected important parts of myself and - as a very tired and “in love” mama - I could dedicate some time just for me.
The restorative moves Jo guided us through were delicate and effective at the same time. Her sentences and words, in her smooth voice, were spot on. Guidance was super gentle, being a bit of a physical activity combined with a soothing body & mind work.
Thank you Jo for your warm personality. Your ability to share your depth of knowledge and experience has given me a mega boost of confidence being a total novice twelve months ago!
Jo is such a lovely yoga teacher. I did a variety of classes with her in the past year (Slow flow and Yoga Nidra) and I always left the mat feeling happier and calmer. Would highly recommend.

I have been doing Jo's yoga classes for over 1.5 years and I just love them - Jo has such a beautiful way in her teaching and her playlists are epic. Jo is so good at being in touch with what's going on collectively for us and focuses her classes on ways to help that. Highly recommend if you just want to come away from a class with shoulders that have dropped a little and a centred feeling.
Jo is brilliant. She's friendly, knowledgeable and makes each class meaningful and enjoyable. I often find yoga classes a bit intimidating but find her style of teaching really supportive and rewarding. Highly recommend!
