What is the exact location of the retreat?

The retreat is at Lifeworks by Rio, New Street, Charfield, Wotton-under-Edge GL12 8ES

Do I need to bring anything?

You may wish to wear layers and cosy socks for the practices, in essence: your comfiest things.

Can I bring my baby or child?

This retreat is for mamas only to gift you that time alone.

Can I come if I am pregnant?

Yes, you can. Jo is pregnancy and post-natal qualified so you are in great hands. Just let me know on the booking form.

What if I need to breast pump?

Absolutely, and if you’d like a space away from the yurt you’re welcome to use the kitchen area. Please note there is no fridge here if you do need to store milk.

Do you cater for food allergies?
The chocolate will be vegan and gluten free. Please let me know on the booking form if you have any allergies.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on site.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel before 1 week prior to the retreat (Saturday 8th March) to receive a full refund.
