A half-day retreat in Brighton for mamas. Come as you are to embody the magic of being through somatics, embodied slow flow and restorative yoga practices, granting yourself full permission to stop, notice and connect back to your wholeness.

Open to mamas at all stages of motherhood, post 12 weeks postpartum. Please come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Mats, props and blankets are all provided. No previous yoga experience required. Please note this is an event for mama only.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the retreat in order to receive a refund.
